Yes, today, October 24, 2017, is Take Back Time Day.
One of the questions I ask my clients during our first working session is “If you were not thinking about or worrying about your excess stuff and clutter, what would you do instead?”
Many say, “spend more TIME with family and friends, take TIME for a vacation, have more TIME for hobbies, take TIME to exercise, have TIME to plan great meals, have TIME for me!”
You see, our excess stuff drains our energy and steals our TIME. When you start to embrace simplicity, the process begins by letting go of the excess and in turn, also avoiding the trap of accumulating more. The result is you gain TIME.
